I needed two blinds restrungs. I was coming in from across the state and would be in town for two days. They restrung my blinds the same day I dropped them off, and they work perfectly. I appreciated the quick response, professionalism, and kindness shown by the Royal Crest employees.
Our roller shade was stuck halfway open and I called Royal Crest in a panic late on a Friday afternoon after finding them listed as a dealer of our Color Lux shade hoping they could help. Mark was awesome and helped us determine that we were missing a charger for the battery. He called Color Lux on our behalf and had them send the charger out to us.
