Went here without an appointment for loan counseling, and was helped immediately. I worked with Jenna and she was the sweetest! If you go definitely ask for Jenna probably my best experience with a bank member.
During my Appointment with Angie, we talked about opening up a checking account and consolidating some of my debt. She was very helpful in detailing out a good path moving forward. She explained what credit scores are based upon, showing me the graph and explaining what each portion consisted of. I felt good with my decision to explore my option of switching to a local bank. Thank you Angie and RCU. I look forward to being a RCU member.
Met with Angie in the Somerset branch. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Gave me a couple different options but didn’t push anything on me. Highly recommend her!
