I went in on 2/9/26 looking to get a loan. Angie was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the loan process. She was even very understanding of what I needed the loan for, was going to make sure I would get the loan. Royal credit union has been wonderful to work with
I had an amazing experience with Jenna Warner, she was able to get me approved for a loan that I wasn’t sure I was able to get
On 12/6 my bank accounts and credit cards were hacked. I felt helpless. On 12/8 I met with Jenna Warner in the Somerset office. During out 2.5 meeting she took the horrible weight off my shoulders. She immediately analyzed the situation, layed out steps to be followed on both her end and what I would need to do. Very good people at the somerset wisconsin office, and customer service over the best people are a very nice and courteous, would not bank anywhere else!
