Thank you for coming out to Park Tower Apartments in Madison, WI. I’m not sure if you are aware, but on several occasions lately, someone has been stealing from your container at night. I wanted to let you know, because the property management at Wisconsin Management Company has not responded to my complaint regarding of the crimes, which is a common practice for Wisconsin Management Company.
Terrible customer service
Since LRS has taken over the servicing of the Portable toilets at our facility service is practically none existent. 4th time we haven't been serviced in 3+ weeks. You leave a message and no one calls back. Wish I could find their Facebook page so the public can see their work with pictures.
Ever since LRS took over there is no guarantee on getting your container swapped. The customer service is nearly nonexistent and don’t expect that it will improve any time soon.
