I had two roofs done with Royal Construction and one leaks in multiple places I called about that and was told they would be out the next day, months later they still have not showed up not have I received any calls from them. The second house has a strip of metal roof shingles backwards. I have called multiple times to both the company number as well as our sales representative and have yet to hear from anyone. Royal Construction was recommended to us by ServPro after a roof leak and subsequent water damage in our home.
