Happy! My son wanted a high end custom computer. He gave me the list of components he wanted and it seem like it was in a different language. He also gave me a few stores that would carry them. Royal Computer was one of them. I emailed them the list and next day the order was placed. My son has been really happy with his computer so it makes me happy. I highly recommend this place.
You can Stop Shopping I have purchased at least 6 computers over 10 years from Joe and Debbie Liu. They build quality custom built computers and stand behind the work. Prices are excellent and they are there when you need them. My kids have been out of college for 6 years now and my son still has his computer operating like new. Great find. These guys put shame to Gateway and Dell.
They live up to their reputation! I did not find any computer repair places in Germantown and I did not want a stranger to come into my house. I did some online searching and then went for a little drive to Gburg. In the end they took care of me and that is all I care about.
Amazing service and affordable! Blows competitions away!!! I am glad that I found this place online. I did a few searches online and a few places came up. I read others reviews and decided to give them a try.
They took care of my problem! My daughter somehow infected her laptop with a nasty virus that basically disabled her from doing anything. I called around and it seem like the only way to fix it was to reinstall everything. Which I would hate to do because of the software and data that she had on her laptop. Joe, did a great job on removing the nasty virus and the service only took a day. I am very happy with the service and the price of the service was a steal!
Customer FOREVER! I have been dealing with this family business for as long as I can remember. I bought my first socket A, computer from them at the market pro computer show around 2000. Boy did I think that was fast back then. Anyhow I probably bought a dozen more computers from them through out the years. Debby and Joe are the best!
Recommendation from Rita Bradby I have been coming to Royal Computers for over 3 years. Every time I have a question they patiently answer and they always keep my computer hardware running in tip top shape. I am so pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing computer repairs and parts.
Wonderful Experience My wife's computer was giving off some electrical smell, then just stopped working. Other computer places said we'd have to wait a week before we could even get the initial diagnosis.
