Waited 9 hours to get two stitches on my finger. If i knew it would only be two stitches i would have just figured out how to do it myself. ridiculous.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided at this hospital. We were forced to wait over 10 hours to see a doctor, despite arriving well before many other patients who were seen and treated ahead of us. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply concerning, especially considering the serious health condition we were dealing with. Dr. Chung was so amazing, helpful and understanding. I suffered in chronic pain for days before I made the decision to go to the ER. I am so grateful she was the Doctor I had.

Worst hospital ever!!!!!!!! My 35-year-old sister came in with stroke symptoms and waited over 8 hours without being seen. This is unacceptable for any hospital, especially for a medical emergency. The lack of urgency could have been life-threatening. Completely disappointed and disgusted.
