Where to start. I went to RCH for intense abdominal pain. The man at the intake ( station 2) was the most condecending, rude and belittling jerk. I told them I have a phobia of seeing blood. One of the nurses started hitting me physically and pulled my hands trying to choke me. They said, "Enough drama." I tried to take out my phone to film it. He threw my phone on the floor and broke the screen. The next morning, I found myself tied to the bed. I'm needle phobic and have really bad PTSD. The nurses were so good with me. So patient. Very understanding. Could not have gotten through last night without them.
9 hour wait for a head injury and counting. My friend with the pulled shoulder was seen and discharged hours ago. The triage is terrible.
