Been a patient at this clinic for 2 years. Doctors I have seen are professional and helpful, but reception/administration is terrible! I have seen reception and administration actively arguing with patients and have little to no regard for the individuals they are treating. They appear to care nothing for your time and are urgently trying to push you out the door or off the call. Avoid this clinic and their admin team if at all possible.
Most of the clinics are terrible these days, but this is one of worst. Receptionists are always rude. No walk ins anymore. Lots of Doctors and Nurse Practitioner turnover due to poor administration of clinic. My Nurse Practitioner left and no one even bothered to inform me. It's now literally impossible to get a hold of them. You get an automated message and then just get hung up on. Customer service is deplorable. Don't waste your time here.
The reception service is terrible, especially in the last year or so. I didn't have a family doctor, and a girl at reception offered to fill out a form to wait for a doctor. She explained to me that she was the doctor I'd seen before at the Walk-In Clinic. However, when I went to see her, she put me with a terrible nurse who kept drinking Red Bull while seeing me. Very poor experience at this clinic. I had an appointment, the doctor gave me an ultrasound requisition and recommended I see someone in the clinic for an in-person exam promptly. They told me to call the clinic, but when I called, the staff said they were unable to accommodate me and I would need to make a second phone exam appointment in order to get a referral to see another doctor for an in person exam. Very poor service at this clinic. Went in the 1st time and doctor issued a wrong requisition for ultrasound with locations of West Coast Imaging. After trying to contact them through their website and calling, I finally got thru so they can tell me they do not do this kind of ultrasound and that I would have to obtain a different requisition for hospitals use only.
