My brand new car is currently with Joe at Royal Collision. The entire right side needs repair and re-paint. Right from the start, dealing with Joe has been a pleasure. I explained to him the situation and what was wrong with the car and he said bring it in. First thing he did was take me into the shop to show me the work that he does. My brand new 2104 car was the victim of a hit and run at the rodeo. The damage was less than my insurance deductible of $1000, so it had to come out if pocket. I researched several body shops and decided to have the repairs done with Royal Collision because of the customer service upon entering the door, best estimate, and the quality of their work. These guys did a great job on my 2001 Mercedes Benz S500. Although it took awhile to get my car back it was no fault of these guys but the insurance company playing games when it came to paying. They gave me a great rental the whole time and when my car was finished it looked brand new! Thanks a lot!
I was very impressed to say the least, I had the side of my truck caved in and had an estimate made. Joe gave me a very good price and later found that there was hidden damage from a poor repair job previously made to the same area. He honored his estimate and performed twice the work he initially quoted to get my truck back to PERFECT condition.
