6/29/2022: Ms Esmeralda manages the Royal Coach Mobile Home Park, where I have lived for almost 28 years. In many ways she has been the best of the ten or eleven managers that have been here during my time here. She is friendly, fair and tries to help a resident when she can. Most of the previous managers were lacking in people skills. When dealing with approx 200 family's, people skills are an absolute necessity.
