We had Royal Closets make a dresser for our nursery this past spring. The dresser is EXACTLY as I requested, communication was clear and the pricing fair. Would highly recommend them!

It's a bad operation overall. Took about 6 weeks to get them to organize to actually measure and place order after following up about 6-8 times without responses. Communication was clear on our end, salesperson just ignored us until we got loud enough. Closets ended up being OK, not great. Bigger issue is they measured incorrectly (or cut incorrectly) and left significant gaps between closet and wall on installation, not solely due to slanted walls. We’ve had royal closets install 5 closets, a walk in pantry, and a mudroom. Their prices are extremely competitive and the work quality is 10/10. We recommend them to our friends.
