Terrible service. Charged 2x illegally. Refusing refund. – The appointment was for 2:30 pm on Saturday. I waited for ~3 hours and made 5+ calls before getting it rescheduled for the following day. The next day the person showed up 1 hr late. She used so much cleaning supplies that I thought I'd pass out. I paid her in cash, then I found out that they charged my credit card (so they charged me twice). I called them 5+ times but they've been avoiding me.
