Royally destroyed a seventeen year Christmas tradition. I dropped my suit off Saturday and was told I could pick it up before 3pm on Christmas eve I was there at 1:30 to find the place Closed leaving me with No dress Clothes for Christmas eve Dinner..
Horrible Service, the lady at front always have a attitude, never professional not very friendly, I always try to use this place , second time , I promise very last time.

I was hesitant to drop it off knowing the circumstances, but they reassured me it should be ready by Friday even if they had to close Thursday due to the storm.
