⭐⭐ Disappointing Experience I understand that there was a hurricane in the forecast, but I was assured by the staff that my dress would be ready in time for a wedding on Saturday. I was hesitant to drop it off knowing the circumstances, but they reassured me it should be ready by Friday even if they had to close Thursday due to the storm. Great prices, very friendly, clothes looked great and they have a drive up window...
Claimed to provide alteration services. Called to confirm and asked if they could provide services for my wedding dress as well as bridesmaids dresses (total of 5 dresses). The lady on the phone said she could. Walked in with my bridesmaids and our dresses and was immediately told they couldn't alter my dresses. Not sure what changed between the phone call and me bringing the dresses to the shop, but...! The Fitting Room in downtown was able to accommodate me and the seamstress there did a fantastic job.
Lovely lady that works there, very helpful and sweet, clothes came back perfect, good prices and Wednesday you get a discount.
