I called on a Monday afternoon and needed a suit done by Wednesday afternoon. They told me they could do it after I asked multiple other places in the area that could not meet my deadline. They had it done Wednesday at 10am. It came back fresh and wrinkle-free. The employee I interacted with was very friendly and the service was reasonably priced.

For 15 years I used another dry cleaner in town. One day I had some prom dresses cleaned and packed and the price I was charged was so outrageous that after discussing it with them I decided that I was being taken advantage of despite my 15 loyalty. I changed to Royal and have been bringing all of my business to the West De Pere location. Only positive thing to say about this place is their location. Staff is never polite, and more often than not, shirts come back with shattered buttons or missing collar stays. Of course it’s never their fault. What do I know, I‘m just the customer.

Terrible attention to detail. My shirts have more wrinkles and creases in the wrong spots than an 80 year old woman. I will take my business elsewhere.
