Happy to say Royal Class Service truly represents it's name with the service rendered. Our hot water heater broke. I chose this company at random, there representative was very courteous and got us the service we needed promptly. I appreciate that they were willing to give us a price quote over the phone. We had a boiler leak and needed to secure the expansion tank to the wall. The crew arrived on time, did a great job and were very professional. I will definitely recommend Royal Service. Their services are beyond exceptional.

Techinician knew the equipment well, provide insight as to why I experienced the short cycle operation of the boiler. I called it short cycle.
This company deserves a lot of credit for the quality of their work and customer service. They have helped us convert to natural gas last summer, to our full satisfaction. Last weekend I noticed a big puddle of water under the neutralizer and I called for service. The office called me back instantaneously and put me on their schedule first thing on Monday morning.
