Fantastic experience. We had to have a tree removed emergently. Jonathan came and was very clear and professional. He was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule. His crew was skilled and efficient. We will definitely use their services again.

We have used Royal City Tree service for several projects over the past few years and have been so impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and their dedication to the wellbeing of trees and nature. Their Office Manager Crystal is wonderful to work with - so friendly, caring and efficient. She provides excellent customer service. This company truly respects and appreciates their customers.

I had a small tree removed around June 2024. Two young guys did the job and when they were done I asked them to double check to make sure they went deep enough to grind the stump and they said they went extra to make sure they got it. I was digging around the area this week and notice a huge part of the stump is still there. Terrible and rush job done. I would not recommend this company. You think they would be the experts and you take their word for how well they did the job.

Royal City tree care did an excellent job of removing our large tree from the yard for a great price. They were careful and expert at taking it down and cleaning up after the job was done. Would highly recommend them!

Jonathan and his team at Royal City Tree Care were excellent to work with all the way through the process. They were quick to quote me and book a time for the work to start. Unfortunately with the big storm it delayed the job, but they were responsive and upfront about the changes. They completed the work within the quoted estimate and left my property in a great condition. Will recommend Royal City Tree Care to friends and family.
