The team at RCAH are dedicated, transparent and supportive. Dr Matylda saved my pups life. She performed an emergency and complex surgery. Due to her skill; and the teams follow up care our family had another 4 years with our dear Beans. When it was time to say goodbye the team handled her passing with such care. They created a sacred space in the clinic and gave us time to say goodbye. We have a new addition to our family (Pip) and we will continue to work with the dedicated team at RCAH
I wouldnt typically write something but after what I went through today people deserve to know. We had to suddenly put out 15 year old pup down at 11pm on Sunday - there was a mass on her spleen that ruptured. In the last hours of panic we couldn't get through to Royal City and called Campus estates after hours number (the doctor there was amazing). The people here are genuinely great. I’ve never met the owners, but the vets and techs clearly care about the health and well-being of the pets brought in. It is a bit more expensive than some other vets, but after dealing with a clinic that didn’t seem to care, it feels worth paying a little extra for people who truly do.
Brought my cat a few months ago, she never healed. The vet did not seem to have enough knowledge to determine what was the cause as well. I had to bring her to another vet and she actually healed.
