The people here are genuinely great. I’ve never met the owners, but the vets and techs clearly care about the health and well-being of the pets brought in. It is a bit more expensive than some other vets, but after dealing with a clinic that didn’t seem to care, it feels worth paying a little extra for people who truly do.
Brought my cat a few months ago, she never healed. The vet did not seem to have enough knowledge to determine what was the cause as well. I had to bring her to another vet and she actually healed.
I purchaced a bag of C.E.T. veggiedent chews at $45.22. Today I purchaced the same bag from my regular vet at $32.78. I realize businesses can charge what they want so as a consumer my only course of action is this google review and never use this business again.
Our beautiful Siamese cat, Tyson, passed away a couple of weeks back after a very long and happy (we think) life with us. A big thank you to Dr Matylda, Dr Karla and the incredible staff at Royal City Animal Hospital for taking such good care of him over these past 5 years that he has been coming to you. We are also very appreciative of the end of life care he received. He passed away, under your care, very peacefully. That means so much to us.
This is the best vet clinic EVER!. They are kind and affordable. They listen!! Thanks for all you do!!
