This review is based on the business practice of this company and not on the driver. The driver did an excellent job, was polite and drove very well. If I could give a review on him, he gets a five. The company gave me a quote (which did not say it was an estimate) for a specific amount for a pickup at 11:30 pm at JFK. After the ride was complete, I received a final bill for $30 more than the quote. The $30 was for a pickup between the hours of 10:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Not reliable, Excuse all the time Don’t use doesn’t pay to the drivers as well. Makes his own profit. Mohammed Shilleh Is not paying to the drivers only good for their customers.

Royal Coach was great. My daughter came and left from JFK and they were on time, even with having to pick her up at 4am! I would recommend them to anyone.

First time trying out Royal to and back Newark for our trip to Greece. Lots of bags. A family of four grownups. MO the owner, who I haven't met made everything so DAMN easy thru texting alone. I never felt any stress whatsoever. And anything our driver was nothing short from Professional. Simply AMAZING. Without a doubt I will be knocking on their door for all my trips to the airport. Thank You Mo.
