big shout out to the service department on their excellent service. I brought my mother in laws vehicle in 2 weeks ago for some services. Laura Darryl and Courtney were very professional, had great humor, caring and overall amazing people. Ian the shuttle driver was so great to me to drive me back to my place in Shelburne and pick me back up to get the car. Brought my Silverado Ev in for some software snd heating issues. Was given a loaner right after diagnosis. When the loaner was to small Laura from service even made sure I got into something that fit me and the kids. She kept me updated on what was going on the whole time. Ask for Laura when you go in. Her customer service is great and the effort is visible. Truck came back with no issues.
Disappointing when requested service doesn't get 100% completed. 5 stars for the Shuttle driver though.
