We attended a company event last night 9/5 and they have the royal casino. Weve been attending this event every year but this year we were very disappointed with their dealers. The dealer named Jeffrey and Zoe were so rude and disrespectful. Jeffrey from the craps table made a comment "come on youre stressing over some play money" and said some more other rude comments throughout the night. I would give 6 stars, if I could. Pia and team have worked our company parties for the last three years, and we are beyond happy with the results. Consistently, they handle every one of our requests, even at the last minute. Service comes with a smile all day long, even when we run into problems with the venue or other vendors. Our planning team has learned that "I'll check with Pia" usually means the issue is handled.
