Spoke with the owner this morning trying to book last minute for a prom event after issues with another horse and carriage service. She listened and tried to provide alternatives even recommending other companies as she is booked for the day needed. She is also trying to work a way to possibly fit me in. This was my second time taking the Carriage ride and both times were amazing. This time I had the pleasure of being drawn by Pretty Boy. The information that was shared was so enlightening and opened our eyes to the Nola culture. It was easy to book with Viator, got there everyone was so friendly and made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend and will do again myself.
