I called to clean my sectional sofa and recliner..... Morgan was so friendly.. he was on time and very organized and respectful and gave me advise on how often I should maintain the sofa clean.
I rarely leave reviews and figured it's about time I leave one. I was SO I impressed. My husband and I failed to potty train our puppy and they did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and getting them looking new and smelling fresh.
I called on a Thursday and they were able to schedule an appointment for me that very same weekend. They asked for detailed information on the rooms needing care and the amount of wear. They made it clear what the costs would be up front, and assured me there would be no hidden fees. Honest and pro’s!
Morgan from Royal carpet knows what he is doing, has top notch equipment. We got him to clean our stairs which we had previously had cleaned, without much success he did !! Now .. the carpet looks as good as new.
