When my husband was recently diagnosed with stage 4 gastric cancer, his oncologist told him he could not go on a cruise ship during chemotherapy due to immune suppression from the treatments. When my travel agent contacted RCI to see if we could get a refund on our deposits, RCI said they would consider it if the doctor would provide a letter explaining the diagnosis and the reason for needing to cancel. If I could give -100000 stars I would. Allure of the Seas was the most horrid and terrible experience of our lives. The rooms were dusty and disgusting and my boyfriend got sick due to all the dust in the rooms. The food was stale and gross and nothing was edible. The drinks are watered down and they only allow one drink every 10 minutes and waiters take forever to bring it seems they give drinks with your card to others who tip.
