Unfortunately our family's experience with Royal was not positive. They cared for our family member for a full year with several mistakes along the way. We constantly had to redirect them because they never followed the written directions of the doctor to manage the wound on my aunt. Sue this company not sending supplies didn't give my father care he deserves fired them. 3 week they got paid from insurance supplies I never got. Horrible. They shouldn't be in health care.
I never had such pleasant and exceptional help especially Julia. Arlett and Gia best therapist I ever had.
The Hempstead office is CLOSED. And no they did not make any awareness or communicate this to any employees. Not reliable for employees and patients alike. No one EVER answers the phone AT ALL so good luck with calling. Nobody knows nothing so they will transfer to the next person over n over till u get a voicemail.
They MUST be closed nobody EVER answers the door or phones soooooo I'm going to assume the Hempstead branch is shut down. Oorrr they do not want employees idk but me and a handful of girls were outside after not hearing anything for a week and more.
