Go is a decent car wash. Don't always get all the stuff off going through 1 x. However, not happy w customer service. I have been a Royal member then Go for going on 6 yrs. I have had a promotional rate since I joined. My card was compromised & I emailed customer service letting them know I needed to give them my new card info. Now a fast forward approx 6 weeks.
