Brand new car booked in for inside & outside wash & detail. Had the car for 1 month. Car now has scratches/markings all over from whatever was used to ‘polish’ the car. I am truly devastated & forking more money out to fix the markings on my brand new car. Do not recommend. Cheap & that is why.

I had an unfortunate experience with this place. The website had the price $290 for SUV. We rocked up and the guy said it's $300, and that the website is wrong. Then proceeded to tell me that the car is dirty, so it will cost $350. If your website price is not updated, or that you have a variable pricing based on car condition, then be upfront about it when we talk on the phone. Shout out to the wonderful team of Royal Car Wash. My kia Sportage was in immaculatent condition upon collection, given the fact it's been some time since a deep clean and having little toddlers the team was able to remove the stains of milk on the fabric. Definitely will be taking my other vehicles for a deep clean as im now a satisfied customer. Very respectful with clear communication. Thanks team most appreciated...
