I had an unfortunate experience with this place. The website had the price $290 for SUV. We rocked up and the guy said it's $300, and that the website is wrong. Then proceeded to tell me that the car is dirty, so it will cost $350. If your website price is not updated, or that you have a variable pricing based on car condition, then be upfront about it when we talk on the phone. Shout out to the wonderful team of Royal Car Wash. My kia Sportage was in immaculatent condition upon collection, given the fact it's been some time since a deep clean and having little toddlers the team was able to remove the stains of milk on the fabric. Nick did an amazing job I was honestly surprised when I went to pick up my car 😆 The colour on my old Ford had faded so bad I honestly didn't have much hope for her. The team communicated well, delivered great value without any hidden costs and made sure I was satisfied. The trust is important to me as some people have had bad experiences with other detailers who damage cars, underperform or add surprise charges but these guys have my trust 🤙🏽
the team there was excellent I took 2 4x4 for a wash for the first time and I am absolutely please with the finished product! I then took a third car for a full detail and wow!! awesome..
