I have been going to this Car Wash for years and today's experience was so poor that I refuse to go back. I have a monthly pass for a car wash and paid for the interior cleaning. It was not cleaned--I proceeded to my next appointment before returning. The manager looked at my car and said "they didn't do a good job" and proceeded to have someone detail my car.
