I recently had the misfortune of renting a car from Royal Car and was appalled by the atrocious customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. When I asked about the car's features, the representative was unclear and dismissive. When I returned the car, I was scared for a mysterious "additional fee" that I was never informed about. Called to report a guy who almost hit me doing 50 in a parking lot and the guy who answered decided to start swearing at me because i asked him to repeat himself. Asked for his managers info and won’t give me any information. Super unprofessional and definitely should be avoided.
