Total rip off. They lure you in with cheap oil change then use high pressure scare tactics into purchasing over priced unnecessary repairs.
This place is a total rip-off. I had my AC looked at here. They charged $150 just to look at it, and then let me know that the low pressure switch needed replaced and that would be an additional $400. What!?! I declined the repairs and ended buying the part at Advance Auto Parts for $17 and had it installed in less than 10 minutes. Now I'm not the most mechanically inclined when it comes to car so I figure it would have taken them no more than a minute or two. Total and complete rip off. I took in my car for an oil change and a free 51 point inspection and I don't know if it was a coincidence or not but the next day my car was over heating and now I need a new thermostat and radiator. My neighbor also had problems with them. They did a free oil change and told them that there car with only 7000 miles needs ball joints.
