Very upset on how they do there business! I’ve had an account with them for over a year no issues at first then all of a sudden a lady named Lauren coexen starts accusing me of being a liar and just constantly harassing me. Worst experience ever :( I’ve emailed again hoping someone will resolve my issue will see.
Recently Royal Canin had issues with their company information being hacked. I purchase wholesale from this company for our shelter. They gave zero notification that they were having this issue which effected shipment and processing. The only reason I found out was because I was wondering where my shipment was and logged into their website to find a statement on their website in regards to the issue at hand.
