It's frustrating that the staff bringing her boyfriend along almost every week this summer to use the club's sailboat. It's unprofessional and doesn't seem fair to the other people who are paying the guest fee and the fee to use these services. The head of sailing was also present with them multiple times. The management really needs to tighten up their policies and ensure that everyone is treated equally. Expected better from this club!
Jashandeep Singh was an absolute extraordinary customer service. I am a four-way amputee and he bent over backwards to make things accessible and beyond that he was so friendly so helpful so respectful. forevermore, I am a willing reference for this extraordinary soul that reminds me how kind mankind can be!
