I would give ZERO stars if I could. NO customer service, calls never returned, and LIES. What an awful company. Do not trust them!!! And the best thing about this review and this joke of a company will most likely not see it. Because clearly they don't know how to run a business. And if they do see it, they'll tell me to call...and nobody will pickup. An absolute SCAM and disgusting.

Royal Cable cut my Fios Line while installing Xfinity for my neighbor. Crew admitted it, blamed it on the utilities sprayer, told me to call their number. Number goes straight to voicemail and no returned messages. Now, they screw up and it's my problem. Wife can't work from home, security cameras are down. I know mistakes happen, but fixing them matters, not putting your head in the sand. Bad company with bad management and or owners

Royal Cable replaced a telephone pole in front of my house. In the process they came on my property without permission, cut trees without permission and left a huge mess. A week later a branch they cut and left behind up in the trees fell and caused the electric line to drop just below car height. This resulted in police fire and electric to have to come out for a emergency repair.
