Always polite and friendly.
Do not take your vehicle here for service, the mechanics are criminals. They have been and tried to continue to bleed my wallet dry doing fraudulent and unnecessary work. I have spent more than the price of the car in there shop and when I've taken it to 2 other mechanics with Royals reports they both said it was all unnecessary work, everything i had was new or newish. I don’t typically write reviews but they deserve one after their phenomenal service. The dealership made my car buying so great we came back to get my husband a truck only a few months later. This was my first experience with the service center. I believe the gentleman who helped me was named Mike. I showed up for my scheduled oil change (or so I thought) but i actually had a mom brain moment and my oil change was scheduled for the following week. Great team! Andrew Wilson (service manager) just spent most of his morning on the phone with me helping with an issue I had, and I'm not even his customer. I wish more people did business this way. Fantastic customer service guys, thank you.
