I had a great experience with Ian at Royal Buick GMC INC. He really went the extra mile for me even working after hours to make sure I got this car I needed for my growing family. Liz helped me through the process and eased my anxiety and got me answers quickly! I only had to spend a total of 2 hours in the dealership which is the quickest ive ever been in and out of a dealer.
