It was my first time at Royal. For my 1st time I really liked the process. The technology used to communicate with clients was also a nice experience. Very consumer friendly. Our salesman Justin was nothing short of excellent in what he does. Very easy to deal with without any hassle. Mr. Cane was my service advisor, also an excellent individual who presented himself with professionalism and knowledge. This is by far the best dealership I've ever done business with, and will do business with in the future!
Caitlin Staley was the saleswoman I originally worked with and she did a phenomenal job securing my Ram 1500. It was priced below market and had all of the features that I was looking. My situation was unique because there was a ton of other customers trying to purchase the same truck and here I am, located all the way in Michigan looking to do the same.
