I’m only giving 1 star because that’s the only way to leave a review! I can’t stress enough how much this place has went downhill!! I called to speak to someone about my gap insurance and one salesperson had no idea what I was talking about! Had to call again and speak to someone else who then transferred me to another department, who btw doesn’t answer the phone!!!!!! I have called MULTIPLE TIMES today and still have no answers!!!!
Terrible experience. The salesman didn’t keep their word and ignored me for weeks instead of helping fix the issues with my vehicle. The service department was just as bad — they blamed me for problems that were clearly there before I bought the car. Very disappointing experience overall. I do not recommend buying from this dealership.

The best customer service experience I’ve had dealing with a dealership by far. Miss. Ashley E. was amazing. I’ve been going through a lot in life lately and I’m about to have my fourth child, so I’m not ready to buy yet, but Miss. Ashley helped me so very much. She brought every car I was interested in to the front so I didn’t have to walk, due to how pregnant I am, lol. That’s customer service if you ask me. We will be coming to buy a car from her!
