Royal Buick GMC damaged my vehicle during service and attempted to conceal it. My truck was returned with visible overspray across the paint and headlight assemblies, along with additional cosmetic damage. This was not disclosed to me—I had to point it out myself. Went above and beyond beyond to squeeze me in, get my vehicle serviced ASAP, kind and friendly- while always helping me to plan ahead on future expenses.
Horrible experience, zero follow up, management is incompetent, work is poor. I made a mistake bring my truck here for service. Don’t fall victim to the same mistake I did. Still waiting for a call back. The service department is a joke The general manager is a bigger joke
I had an extremely poor service experience at Royal Buick GMC that spanned from late November through Christmas Eve and involved repeated service failures, safety concerns, and a complete lack of accountability. What started as a simple alignment turned into multiple return visits due to poor workmanship. Service performed: 15,000 mile maintenance consisting of tire rotation, oil change and general inspection. Scheduling was very easy. I received text messages informing me of the progress of the service while waiting. The staff were friendly and professional.
