Jay and staff have once again gone above and beyond ! Of course my hubby and i wait untill the last minute to renew, i always get a helpful phone call from one of the girls to remind me. This time Jay and a new girl Sweet Melissa stayed late to do all the paperwork with me. I've been with royal brokerage since i moved to New York almost 7 years ago and will never leave they are the BEST!!!!! -mandy
