I had a session booked through Eventbrite which got canceled due to weather conditions. Once I couldn’t get a response from Eventbrite despite my numerous attempts, I reached out to the owners & right away the reassured me they’ll make sure to fix the issue, it took a bit of time, but they did just that! Great customer service & super responsive.

I'm not really sure how this place operates but I am trying to redeem a gc I received. I've called and left multiple voice-mails, sent dms and commented on posts. I do see them update their socials, so clearly someone is working over the holiday season. An acknowledgement to my request or questions it the least a potential client could ask for. I hate to leave a negative review for a small independent business, but that seems to be the only way concerns are addressed.
Franca’s reiki sessions are a godsend. I came in preparation for long travel as someone with plane anxiety and the work she does is magic. I would recommend to anyone!!
Incredible 'burn out reset' breathing and meditation class! Breathing out toxicity made me sleep like a baby & felt re-energized upon awakening. The deep meditation helped give me a clearer & more focused mind. Well done. Thank you
