10/10. This place is amazing the ladies who work here are friendly and genuine. Plus they can do some hairrrrrr !!! Every time I come here my hair is exactly how I want it ! I will literally go no where else EVER !! I have 4c hair and couldn’t be more happier at how gentle she is with my hair never had heat damage hair is growing and flourishing ! Will ALWAYS come back
Do NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT....give this company your hard earned money. My shipment got delivered to the wrong address which is not her fault or mine, but when the owner was made aware by myself and the post office that the package was not in my possession she stated she would file the insurance claim (bc I couldn't. The company has to) and get back with me. This woman has avoided me since our last conversation a year ago. She didn't try to continue helping me resolve the issue.
