I am absolutely horrified by my experience at this salon a year ago. Long story short I went in with high hopes and a reference photo, but the stylist ignored my wishes and could not get the style right. I was unsatisfied while I was there and when I got home. So decided to get it taken down and refunded, was told to come in after hours the same day.(I now think it was so they can do what I’m about to say next without any accountability.
