I've gone here a couple times and have received excellent service. They are one of my favorite places to get my haircut here in Ventura. I highly recommend them but I just had an experience that was less than ideal. I called 40 mins before closing, spoke with a man on the phone asking if they might be able to squeeze me in before closing.
