My husband goes here and he always comes home looking great and raving about the friendly, personable, and professional staff
I’ve been coming to get a haircut here for years however today was unacceptable. I made an appointment with John at 6:30. When I walk In during my scheduled time he was still attending to a customer. I’m reasonable in waiting an extra 5min or so however it becomes unacceptable when the time reaches 20+min after my allotted schedule. To make matters worse, the other employees in the establishment began laughing at me and John made no effort to try to reassure that he was finishing up with his current customer.
