Sam is genuinely the WORST barber I ever got. Everyone else seems good. He needs to be trained properly or fired. He gave me an uneven haircut all around and kept brushing my hair over and over and over to straighten my CURLY hair, making it super frizzy and awkward to cut. He spent more time trying to straighten than he did cutting it. Clearly not trained to handle different types of hair. So disappointed.

I used to love this salon, and was a frequent customer for a good year or two. And always worked with Sara. But my last visit was super humiliating to say the least. Sara started with giving me a shorter haircut than usual, and then she was super pissed when I didn’t look happy. Went on to straight up ask me not to come if I didn’t like it, and blamed my hair being curly as the culprit. Like heck no, hair is hair, and you are the supposed “Hair stylist”, so stop blaming customers for their hair, and learn to do it right.
