Bench press 10/10
Always clean. The most friendly staff. Knowledgeable and helpful peers. Plethora of equipment both traditional and new. Never had an issue with parking. Never too hot or cold. Just no complaints. Perfect vibe
I love the downtown location. They are all great in their own ways, but RF Iron has a real gritty, old school feel. Like it's straight out of Pumping Iron or one of the Rocky movies. I especially like to hit this location on leg and shoulder days.
