Exterior fully covered in real gold. Ontario's biggest export. Very cool creation. If only the company would fulfill its written promises to new customers.

Worst bank possible. Hidden fees with no proper customer service RBC has proven to be an incredibly frustrating institution to deal with. They charge excessive, hidden fees without providing any transparent explanations, and their customer service is virtually non existent. When you try to get clarification or resolve an issue, frontline staff are unhelpful, and the bank completely shuts down communication. I can confidently say that Krishma, who is one of the managers in the RBC Collection Car Department, does not demonstrate sufficient training and knowledge for her position, nor the professionalism, friendliness, compassion, sense of responsibility, patience, self-control, and respect that are required when dealing with customers. For this reason, I do not believe that the customer service she provides is in line with the standards expected from a respected bank like RBC.
