10/10 experience. Got IFR and CPL ASEL done with Ryan. Extremely flexible scheduling, quality planes (especially the 172S G1000), and overall the ideal school for the Part 61 route. I would not be the pilot I am today without Ryan’s readiness to get reps in and his ability to remove the daunting “white knuckle" mindset many student pilots adopt. I genuinely feel competent, sharp, and talented after working with him. Emil and Asia are a great team that keep the prices fair and the process painless. Royal is John Wayne’s best.

This place is awesome! I grew up at Royal Aviation, and while the ownership has changed, the spirit of the flight school has not. Royal aviation offers competitive rates, competent CFIs, safe aircraft, reliable maintenance, and a convenient location. I’ve been a member of the flight club for seven years now.
