I had an amazing experience with Royal Auto Shop, and especially with Danny, who helped with repairs on our Volvo XC40. Our car had several scrapes and damaged rear lights that needed new covers, and Danny was incredibly kind, empathetic, and professional throughout the whole process. I am a very loyal Royal Automotive customer. Recently, I injured my right rear view mirror. After picking up the part, I dropped it off at the body shop. Lulu and Danny were great. The work was done swiftly, Lulu called as soon as it was done and Danny didn’t charge for the installation. One would never know that work had been done as it looks perfect. Knock on wood, I never injure my wonderful GTI again, but should I, this is the business that I would return to.
Danny and his team did a great job with my Audi RS5 - I wasn't sure where to send my car in for body damage and repair, and luckily had Danny take care of me. He was communicative and made sure to me that he would do the best job.
Danny Chao sets a high standard for customer service. He's very professional, always pleasant, responds very quickly. Communication is easy and friendly, he always asks how things are going, even remembers to say hi to my husband, and has an amazing memory for details. Honestly, I don’t enjoy taking my car in for service, but Danny makes the whole process simple and enjoyable. Truly outstanding service!
