If you have credit issues, this is the place to go. I've bought 2 vehicles from Royal. Never had a major problem. The vehicles needed regular maintenance after a while. Mr. Bill, manager was cordial. The bookkeeper was nice. This is a business. I did not need someone to hold my hand through the process. When I asked questions, they were answered. I would definitely go to Royal Auto Sales again. The prices were affordable.

Worked With My Credit – The manager here was really nice about working with me on my down payment and my weekly payment. My credit isn't good but he was willing to look at my steady job and listen to what happened to me. The lot is small but I like the taurus I bought and has been running well for the past two months.

NASTY!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! – They are very unprofessional, both to their customers and other business people (if they can even call themselves business people!) Never had someone so rude from the onset of a phone call before. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from them under any circumstances. With so many reputable dealerships in the Glen Burnie area....why would you waste your time with them??

Nice selection and credit terms for a local dealer – Compared to alot of the other dealers in the area this one had a good selection for the size lot. While they gave me no problem with my (low) credit score, the manager would not come down on his price. Overall, the manager was far more friendly than alot of the other dealers I have gone to. Overall a good buying experience.

Ok place for starter vehicles – Nothing was really unique about this place. This place was not professional . They only have a few vehicles there. and only one that i liked. Not many to choose from. some of their vehicles should not have high prices like they do. I guess i will see how they treat me after i make i my choice.

I love this dealership.I wouldnt go anywhere else!!! – The staff at Royal Auto Sales has been nothing but nice and helpful. They are the greatest bunch of people I have ever dealt with. My next car will be bought from Royal Auto Sales. Im sure not everyone can say this.... but.... I love everything about this dealership!! Customer service... outstanding!! Helpful..... outstanding!!! Inventory.... great cars to choose from...!!!!!! You guys are the BEST!!
