To start, I worked with some very nice people. I was happy with the interactions and communications I had with Royal Auto Group. However, things turned sour after I received the vehicle. I made a remote purchase and needed a car inspection service to check the vehicle out for me. The inspection went well and no majors issues noted. One interesting thing noted was an OBD2 dongle plugged into the vehicle but no check engine light present.
