I am dropping my review from 5 to 2 stars after one year of ownership. While the buying process seemed fair initially, the post-sale support and vehicle quality have been extremely disappointing. Within a week of purchase, the Traverse (98k miles) developed a flickering headlamp and a "Large EVAP Leak" check engine code.
