Was involved in a small auto accident and decided to give this shop a try. They were able to get my Mercedes into the shop the next day to provide an estimate and begin working with the insurance. As the non at-fault driver, I was dealing with the at-fault drivers insurance and had a very difficult time with the assigned adjuster (I.e. adjuster was difficult to reach, argued about any payments, and was very rude to everyone).
