I chose to visit Ivan at Royal Auto Body after hearing good things about his work, but I did not expect such incredible service and help navigating the car insurance system. He made sure that I knew my rights as the not-at-fault party in my accident and provided expert advice, even if that meant he may not profit from it. Ivan is a true professional and has my trust, and will be the first auto body shop I recommend to anyone.
My car was totaled in an accident. It was my first big accident and I was not at all confident in the process.
