The customer service skills from your front office are atrocious. Grace should be fired. Clearly miserable and is dismissive and unfriendly. Just wants to get you in and out.
I came with someone to buy a particular vehicle. Most of cars were in VERY good physical condition. You’re allowed to inspect the vehicles before the auction and they list “problems” with the vehicles online & in the booklet you receive. Many of the cars are from government agencies and are well maintained.
$4800 on fees is insanity. I could have negotiated $5000 off if I went to a dealer.
They prioritize on site buyer's over online. So why do you even offer the option to bid online?
