She is very knowledgeable about natural hair and took time to ask a lot of questions and really look at my hair before determining the best treatment. I had a wonderful experience at Royal Artess Creations. When I sat in the chair to get my hair shampooed, I was also getting a massage!! Wow!!! This was unexpected, but much needed!
